Refund policy

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

• All purchases on Jewelrycrafto are for digital jewelry CAD files and are non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

2. File Issues & Support

• If you encounter any problems with your purchased file, such as:
  • A corrupt or missing file,
  • An incomplete download,
  • A technical issue preventing use,
    Please contact us at asrofjamal@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

• If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
• We are not responsible for fraudulent purchases, but we will assist in resolving disputes where possible.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds may be issued only in the rare case of duplicate purchases made by accident. Proof of both transactions will be required.
